Deerpath Energy develops community-scale renewable energy projects that have an immediate, tangible impact on the local environment. Using a new generation of small wind turbines – called micro-wind – we work with communities to distribute numerous micro-wind turbines across existing infrastructure in a manner that harvests the maximum amount of wind energy while maintaining harmony with the local community environment. Deerpath provides a comprehensive service offering that includes project development, siting, installation, system operations and maintenance, and innovative project finance through long-term power purchase agreements.
Our growth has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst with a strong interest in green power to participate in projects designed to provide lighting and feed the local grid with renewable power.
Responsibilities:

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop green energy projects

Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and financial analyses

Perform market research

Track regulatory issues and identify environmental regulations

Participate in proposal development

Write reports documenting project performance

Represent Deerpath to clients

Work in team-oriented start-up environment
Requirements:

M.S./M.B.A. candidate with experience in fields related to energy and the environment.
Proficiency in use of database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications, GIS experience a plus.

Excellent organizational skills
