“A Movement Needs People” — King Day Speaker Paul Farmer on Making Health Care a Human Right

To honor the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Boston University community is taking a look at inequality, injustice, and human rights through the voices of our students and international activist Paul Farmer.  We start at 1 p.m. on January 19, in the George Sherman Union’s Metcalf Hall.  This event is free and everyone is welcomed to join us. (Seats go fast — arrive early.)  If you can’t join us Monday afternoon, consider a service project this week or, at minimum, take a moment for reflection about Dr. King’s sacrifice and influence.
