Academic life unfolds in networks and projects that help to realize the ideas of entire communities of scholars and build collegial relations.
Past projects:
- the Journal and Discussions of Textual Reasoning, a postmodern Jewish philosophy network, where I was active from 1994 until 2002.
- The “Other Within” project, a Posen Foundation grant funded program at Boston University that, in addition to public programming, introduced three new Jewish Studies courses into the Religion curriculum, some of them team-taught, with Adam Seligman and Abigail Gillman.
