The law is very, very serious.

And then along comes a case like this one.

I don’t know what else to say, other than it is about a tort.

#10, #18, #19, and #22.

I can’t imagine the person writing this complaint keeping a straight face.

If Travis Hughes keeps up with stunts like this one, natural selection is going to take care of him pretty quickly…

I can’t believe they didn’t have a railing! They had to know something like this was going to happen…

But in all seriousness, I don’t think missing baseball is this guy’s biggest problem…

wow, I am literally speechless… getting intoxicated and falling off a porch is heard of and possible, but trying to light a bottle rocket in one’s anus? I must say, that’s pretty creative and unheard of. T.S. Elliot once said that “Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go”… and this guy definitely went too far!

I agree with the first comment!
This sounds absolutely ridiculous. “Ultra-hazardous” activity indeed..

I’ve never heard of shooting bottle rockets like this, but now I’m strangely curious. This is too funny.

This is hilarious. I wonder if Defendant Hughes can sue his own fraternity for negligence as he was underage and technically they should have had duty of care, though the risk is definitely not foreseeable.
