Welcome to the Biology Graduate Student Association at Boston University!

The BGSA is a student run organization that aims to bring together the five program areas of the Department of Biology at Boston University through academic and recreational activities. We look to enhance the graduate student experience by creating opportunities for more academic, scientific, social, and professional integration between Cell and Molecular Biology (CM), Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry (MCBB), Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution (EBE), Marine Biology (BUMP), and Neurobiology (NEURO).

Scientific exchange and networking is essential in our field, and BGSA aims to provide experiences and events that will facilitate these connections. Let’s come together as a community of graduate students to make the most of our years at Boston University!
