Theresa Cooney, Program Administrator
Theresa completed her Ph.D. in Religious Studies in the Graduate Division of Religious Studies at Boston University in May, 2015, with a concentration in Political Theology. She has a Masters of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and a B.A. in Theology from Georgetown University. She has worked in various administrative, teaching and research capacities at BU and has been doing administrative work at the EWCJS since January, 2015 while continuing research and writing in her academic field.
Jeremy Solomons, Communications Coordinator
Jeremy is working on his PhD in British Jewish Theatre, and has an MA in English from UMass Boston. He has taught English, writing and theatre at Stonehill College, BU, Suffolk University and many other places. He has a wide range of experience in theatre, bookselling, venture capital and his undergraduate degree is a BSc in Botany from the University of Durham that has led to his ongoing interest in how the arts and humanities can be applied everyday life.
Carolyn Barschow, Graduate Employee
Carolyn is (she/her/hers or they/them/theirs) is the Graduate Student Communications Assistant at the Elie Wiesel Center for Jewish Studies. Barschow is completing a Master of Divinity degree at Boston University School of Theology.
Deni Budman, Undergraduate Employee
Deni is a senior majoring in Film and Television in the College of Communications and minoring in Jewish Studies at Boston University. She is active in the Union for Reform Judaism, currently serving on their College Leadership Team. Tallulah Bark-Huss, Undergraduate Employee
Tallulah is a sophomore majoring in Film and Television in the College of Communications Boston University with a minor in Jewish Studies. She is currently active in Hillel Student Board where she serves as the Vice President of Social Action and as the Holocaust Education Chair. She is also very involved in Kol Echad, BU’s premier Jewish a cappella group, and in her sorority, Sigma Delta Tau.
Connor Dedrick, Undergraduate Employee
Connor is a sophomore studying Business Administration at the Questrom School of Business with a minor in Religion at Boston University. He is also the president of BU Hillel where he helps to foster vibrant and meaningful Jewish life on campus through education and engagement.
