The Journal
The Nerve Journal is Boston University’s premier undergraduate journal of the mind & brain. Journal submissions are typically longer form, highly polished pieces to be featured both online and in print. Issues are released annually in April.
The blog
The Nerve Blog features shorter, more contemporary pieces related to the brain. The blog is updated continuously.
Join Our Editorial Team
We are accepting editors, designers, and writers for The Nerve throughout the academic year. Although we are associated with the Undergraduate Program in Neuroscience and BU Mind and Brain Society, one does not need to be a Neuroscience major to be a part of The Nerve. We welcome a diverse selection of specialties to approach the brain from novel angles.
