The budget per week is $30 to buy any breakfast food such as bagels, toppings, fruits, pastries, coffee creamers etc and you’ll be reimbursed for your purchases by BGSA. Coffee makers ( a new Mr.Coffee maker this year!), toasters, and utensils will be provided and stored in the grad lounge for you to use.

We hope that all lab staff can help during their week with buying the materials, setting up, and cleaning up and we encourage all labs to attend each week.

The lab schedule and more detailed instructions for running bio brunch are below!

-Have everything ready by 9am

-Clean up at 11am

-Make coffee:  Coffee is stored in the BGSA cabinet above the sink. The coffee maker can make 12 cups at a time. Use the re-usable filter provided.

-Toasters: Stored on the counter in the grad lounge. Plug them into the table closest to the door. **If you plug them into the wall along the windows it will trip the breaker!**
