Hi Terrier Nation –
So…it’s been a rough couple of days. I don’t know about you guys, but as a life-long New Englander and fervent member of Red Sox Nation…well. I’m sure you’ve all heard by now.
WHHHYYYYY???
So I’ve been sitting in a funk, moping over the Wildcard Debacle…and then I remembered something that really cheered me up – starting this weekend, I can turn my sports fanaticism towards another avenue….BU Hockey, and specifically, the BU Women’s Hockey Team!
Last year, the Lady Terriers had a big year, and this year, their seventh as a varsity program, I’ve heard tell that they are once again gunning for a Hockey East Tournament…and they intend to make an appearance at the NCAA title game for the second year in a row.
You can be there from the beginning for what is sure to be a triumphant season- the first game is tonight at 7 PM in BU’s Walter Brown Arena and the second is Saturday at 3 PM in the same place. Want tickets? Just show up at the door! It’s that easy. We hope to see you there to support the team!
