More About Brandon
Before law school, Brandon was a community activist serving as the communications director for the grass roots organization, the “Stop the F Street Closure Coalition;” a board member of the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community Board; as well as an AmeriCorps service member developing a mentorship program for inner-city students at Western High School in Las Vegas. Prior to that, the multimedia artist and member of the national organization, “Hip Hop Congress,” was involved in writing and producing hip hop albums and working as a freelance videographer/reporter/production assistant for companies ranging from CBS, ESPN, Sirius Satellite Radio, TLC and the Las Vegas Review Journal. As a graduating film student in 2007, Brandon had the honor of winning an emerging filmmaker award at the Cinevegas Film Festival in Las Vegas, which was given to him by the late Dennis Hopper. Brandon enjoys music, sports, politics, good food and spirited debate.
