Student Leadership Programs (SLP) prepares students for leadership roles and responsibilities through opportunities that develop and enhance a personal philosophy of leadership that includes an understanding of self, others, and community and assist students in gaining varied leadership experiences.
Earners of this badge have demonstrated their ability to self-identify, develop SMART goals and engage with others. They are able to develop a plan to accomplish goals and work towards those goals.
