In December 2022, the second phase of the Democracy in Asia Project of the Foreign Policy Program of the Brookings Institution was completed. I joined the project while at Princeton on a Fung Global Fellowship, and was invited by Dr. Shirley Syaru Lin of CAPRI (Center for Asia-Pacific Resilience and Innovation) and a non-resident Senior Fellow at Brookings to contribute on South Korea’s data governance during the pandemic to the Public Health section of the project.
