Faculty-in-Residence

I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2) in apartment 2302. My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).

There is typically a work study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.

StuVi2 Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Spring 2016 will be held on Wednesdays. The schedule is:

2/24: Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Bake with Sarah McKinnon discussing voting in this year’s primary & election

3/2: Karen’s Famous Brown Rice Sushi with Emmet Golden-Marx discussing Observing the Stars and Understanding the Cosmos: An Exploration of Galaxies in the Early Universe

3/16: Vegan Cauliflower, Potato & Chickpea Curry

3/23:  Blueberry Lemon Yogurt Cake

3/30:  Mediterranean Baked Sweet Potatoes

4/13:  Mexican Quinoa Salad with Orang Lime Dressing

4/20: Lemony Ricotta Pasta with Basil

4/27: Spinach Potato Nest Bites for Passover
