I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2). My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).
There is typically a work study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.
