I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2) in apartment 2302. My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).

Jay Patruno is the work-study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.

StuVi2 Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Spring 2017 will be held on Wednesdays. The schedule is:

3/22: Chilaquiles Casserole

4/5:   Manhattan Millet Cakes

4/12: Mini Crustless Quiche with Asparagus & Oven Dried Tomatoes

4/19: Vegetable Biryani

4/26: Quinoa Pancakes
