I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2) in apartment 2302. My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).

Jay Patruno is the work-study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.

StuVi2 Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Fall 2017 will be held on Wednesdays 8pm-11pm. The schedule is:

9/27:  Chermoula Eggplant with Bulgar and Yogurt

10/4:  Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Spaghetti Squash Bowls

10/18: Thai Green Curry

11/1: Spicy Sun Dried Tomato and Broccoli Pasta

11/8: Vegan Samosa Shepherd’s Pie

11/15: Roasted Brusssel Sprouts and Crispy Baked Tofu with Honey Sesame Glaze

11/29:  Peppermint Bark Popcorn

12/6:    Karen’s Beloved Potato Latkes
