Faculty-in-Residence

I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2) in apartment 2302. My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).

Jay Patruno is the work-study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.

StuVi2 Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Spring 2018 will be held on Wednesdays 8pm-11pm. The schedule is:

1/24: Chickpeas and Kale in Spicy Pomodoro Sauce

1/31:  Maple Scones

2/7:  Cheesy Vegetarian Chili Mac

2/14: Valentine’s Day Chocolate Banana Bread

2/21: Zucchini Parmesan

2.28:  Whole Wheat English Muffins

3/14: Chili Garlic Tofu Bowls

3/21: Double Chocolate Bran Muffins

3/28:  Skillet Soba, Baked Tofu and Greed Bean Salad with Spicy Dressing

4/4: Passover Vegetable Kugel with Caramelized Leeks

4/11: Caramelized Onion, Spinach, and Avocado Quesadilla

Tuesday, 5/1: Roasted Cauliflower Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing
