Faculty-in-Residence

 

I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2). My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).

There is typically a work study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.

StuVi2 Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Spring  2013 will be held on Wednesdays starting January 15, 2014.

3/5:   Purim Hamentaschen Cookies

3/19: French Night – Savory and Sweet Crepes

3/26: Blueberry Cobbler

4/9:   Spicy Lentils with Sweet Potatoes and Kale

4/16: Passover Flourless Chocolate Walnut Cookies

4/23: Pasta with Asparagus and Lemon Sauce

4/30: Dessert Parfait

Karen’s  special spring 2014 activity includes hosting sunset yoga provided by Certified Yoga Instructor Jackie Farrell. Class is free and all levels are welcome!
