I am a faculty-in-residence at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2). My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).
There is typically a work study dietetics intern who helps with making these delicious recipes.
StuVi2 Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Fall, 2014 will be held on Wednesdays starting on September 3. The schedule is:

11/12: Fudgy Black Bean Brownies with Emmet Golden-Marx, PhD student in Astronomy presenting Searching for Galaxy Clusters in the Early Universe Using Bent Radio Sources
11/19: Crepes with Moo Shu Vegetables with music by cellist, Ethan Sobel
12/3: Karen’s Beloved Potato Latkes
