Faculty-in-Residence

I am a Faculty-In-Residence (FIR) at 33 Harry Agganis Way (StuVi2) in apartment 2302. My weekly open hours are on Wednesday, 8pm-11pm. The weekly open hours involve making vegetarian Sargent Choice recipes as the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen (SCTK).

Here is the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen Schedule for Spring 2020. I hope you will join us!

Unfortunately, we will not be holding the Sargent Choice Test Kitchen for the remainder of the spring 2020 semester as BU is on remote teaching. However, I look forward to September 2020 when will will begin again.
