Well, the “black bean burger” looks really great. I think I will try that one and make a good salad with it.

About the “fried chickpeas” I am not so sure. I mean they look good, I heard once though that one should eat not to much of them, and then fried in oil…

Well, I guess the chickpeas will be one of my little sins that I will commit :)

I’ve relied on Boston.com for quite a few recipes. They had a killer pumpkin mac and cheese recipe that they featured in November that was a huge hit. Everyone loved that. MSN – not so much. I’m heading over to Eat Live Blog now to get some recipe ideas, thanks!

I really liked the home-made spaghetti sauce, and it is for vegetarions too! Pefect for me, haha!

I have made my own home-made sauce aswell..

I added mushrooms, cream, red paprica, onion, courgette and aubergine. A must try ! Tasted really really good :-)
