Joan Salge Blake, EdD, RDN, LDN, FAND is a Clinical Professor at Boston University’s Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. She is the author of the Nutrition & You, Nutrition & You: Core Concepts to Good Health, and Nutrition: From Science to You. She has received the 2020 Media Excellence Award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). Joan was an AND National Media Spokesperson for close to a decade. She has conducted over 3,000 media interviews and is a nationally sought-after nutrition media expert and speaker.
