Ingredients
(1) 3-ounce box lemon gelatin*
8 ounces low-fat lemon-flavored yogurt*
8 ounces Cool Whip Free, thawed
1 low-fat graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
Prepare gelatin according to directions on box. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Pour thickened gelatin into a large bowl. Mix in the yogurt. Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into the pie crust shell. Cover and refrigerate pie until firm, approximately 3 hours.
