Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 cups spaghetti sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs and egg until blended. Roll into 16 meatballs. Place meatballs in a single row, along the edge of a large, round, covered microwave-proof baking dish to form a complete circle. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Turn meatballs over and cook on High for another 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches at least 165 degrees F. Let stand for 3 minutes to continue cooking. In a large pot, heat spaghetti sauce until bubbly hot. Add hot meatballs to sauce and serve.
Note: This is based on an 850-watt microwave oven. Microwave ovens differ, so check your instruction manual for the proper cooking time.
